It has an installed capacity 300 tons and is designed as per the latest technology. Molten copper drawn in molds to bring desired shapes like Cakes, Billets/Rounds, Sugar Bars and other customized casting forms as per customer’s requirements

Copper billets/Round used for extrusion (3600T press for making pipes/Tubes/Profiles/Rods in copper and copper alloys) of ETP grade/ Oxygen free (OFHC)
Hot Rolling
Copper Cakes hot rolled to copper sheets/plates as per customer’s specified dimensions
Conform Machine
High grade ETP rod of 8 mm used for making profiles/Flats/BVS bars in long lengths as well as in best quality ETP grade/Oxygen free finish (OFHC) 4HI,6HI and 12HI
Cold Drawing Machines
Used for further drawing copper strips/profiles/sheets/foil/Rods
Wire Drawing Machines with Annealing & Bright Annealing furnaces
For Bars/Strips/Rods plating as well as for plating of tin/nickel, Silver and various Copper products
