Further, our expertise also lie in delivering these with Copper or nickel coating in forged, hot rolled as well as in cold worked finish as per required dimensions. These can also be made available in soft, half-hard and hard conditions in different finishes. The surface treatment of Copper flat bar can be electro-plated with tin or silver.

DHP Copper Flats are rolled flat bars made from Deoxidized High Phosphorus Copper, known for its excellent corrosion resistance, good formability, and high thermal and electrical conductivity. With a copper content of approximately 99.9% and small amounts of phosphorus (0.015% – 0.040%), DHP copper is widely used in plumbing, HVAC systems, electrical conductors, and industrial fabrications.

Phosphorous Copper Ingots are alloy products composed of high-purity copper and controlled amounts of phosphorus, designed primarily for use as a deoxidizer and alloying agent in metallurgical processes. The presence of phosphorus enhances the alloy’s fluidity, wear resistance, and strength while significantly reducing hydrogen embrittlement during melting and casting operations. These ingots are essential in the production of high-quality copper alloys and bronze products.
